Bulgur, 1/4 tsp. salt, 2 c. boiling water...stir and let stand for 30 mins. Drain press out excess water.
In a large bowl whisk the lemon juice, oil, 3/4 tsp salt and pepper. Add other ingredients except feta. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 mins...Sprinkle with feta before serving.
